In the heart of Rättvik, by the glittering shore of Lake Siljan, lies Boutique Hotel Lustigsgården – a family-run boutique hotel where calm meets experience. Since 2021 the farm has been run by a large and curious family who care deeply about hospitality, local culture and sustainable travel. To the owners, this is not just a hotel – it's a home, and here you are more than a guest.
 
 
The twelve rooms are individually styled, each with its own character and all with private toilet and shower. Wake to views over Lake Siljan from a balcony, or choose the mini-suite with space for the whole family. Mornings begin in our restaurant, where everything is made from scratch – from the freshly baked breakfast bread to the evening menu. We shop locally, grow what we can ourselves and let Dalarna's produce take centre stage, from breakfast and dinner to wine tastings.
 
 
There's room here for everyone. Romantic weekends and quiet mornings, meaningful meetings in our bright conference room, or the entire farm exclusively yours for weddings, retreats and family gatherings – twelve rooms, 34 beds and seating for 34 at the table. In our salon you'll find headspa, massage and treatments, and just around the corner Dalarna invites you to cook over an open fire, forest bathe, ride with huskies and hike with a nature guide.
