Hostel | Accommodation in Sälenhallen, sports hall in Sälen, 5 km from the start of the Vasaloppet. Lodging on the floor including mattress. Please bring your own sleeping bag.
Sälenhallen is divided into two units, East and West, with room for approximately 90 persons in each section.
Showers and toilets in the hall.
Breakfast can be booked at Sälen's school, approx. 500m to the south, which serves breakfast only for pre-booked guests. Book breakfast together with the accommodation.
Bus transport to the start can be booked at vasaloppet.se. Please note: No cash payment on the bus.
Please note: No ski-waxing indoors.

”Jag hade önskat att gymmet i Sälenhallen inte var öppet för allmänheten i samband med Vasaloppet, det för att det påverkade min sömn då de som gymmade var högljudda samt var där långt efter kl 21. ”

”Helt ok och prisvärt boende inför loppet. Ert bokningsförfarande tycke det emellertid vara något fel på. Jag lyckades få tag på en plats, men strax efteråt var det fullbokat enligt bokningssidan. I praktiken var emellertid hälften av madrasserna i salen tomma. Jag tycker det är synd att inte fler kunde få möjlighet ...”
